Refund Policy

At MartNG, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 1 hour of receiving your order.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 1 hour of receiving your order. 1.2. Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. 1.3. Receipt: Proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

2.1. Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be refunded. 2.2. Personal Care Items: Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids and gases are non-refundable. 2.3. Health and Personal Care Items: Prescription medications and certain health care products are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Initiate Refund: Contact our customer service team at hello@martng.com within 1 hour of receiving your order, including your order details and reason for the refund. 3.2. Approval: Once your refund request is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund within 2 hours. 3.3. Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

4.1. Verification: If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. 4.2. Bank Processing: Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 4.3. 5. Exchanges

5.1. Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@martng.com.

6.1. Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for all eligible items. 6.2. Shipping Label: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. 6.3. Tracking: We recommend using the provided tracking information to ensure your return reaches us.
