We do not guarantee performance or conduct of third-party vendors; however, we vet partners to maintain standards.

Interfere with or disrupt our services or networks.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on MartNG are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MartNG’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold MartNG and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law. Upon termination, your rights to access the platform will cease.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions will be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you via the app and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
